Mr. Basak is an enterprising engineering professional offering a career of about 36 years with distinguished organizations in managing Plant Engineering, Operations, Maintenance & Services of continuous process plants, and executing a wide range of projects. He has joined AUM in 2015 as a technical head. He has since been contributing towards risk assessment of our clients that communicate the risk characteristics, the overall condition of the risk, and the risk improvement & mitigation..

He is also involved in developing systems to ensure bottleneck-free end-to-end claim submission and settlement process with an objective to minimize the gestation period of settlement and to maximize benefit to the Client, subject to Policy Terms & Conditions. Also, in case of any unjustified partial or total Repudiation of Claims or of any other dispute, he helps Clients to approach the Insurance Ombudsman/ consumer courts with complaints in a systematic manner.
